OVERVIEW

The Pressure Balance Lubricating Type Plug Valve features a cylindrical or conical plug that rotates within the body to manage fluid flow. Hollow passageways are positioned horizontally for unrestricted flow when open. The quarter-turn operation makes the valve ideal for frequent on/off cycling, while the pressure balance design provides reliable sealing with minimal wear on sealing surfaces during operation cycles.

Available from 1/2" to 36" in Class 150–2500 with RF, BW, RTJ, SW, and FNPT end connections in full bore and reduced bore variants. Body materials include carbon steel and stainless steel. Operable by lever, gear motor, or pneumatic actuator. Certified to CE/PED, ISO, ATEX, SIL, and NACE MR0175.
