OVERVIEW
The Electric Butterfly Valve combines Athena Group butterfly valves with Valen Tech VTEM series multi-turn electric actuators for precise automated regulation of fluid flow. When the actuator receives a control signal, it rotates the disc to various angles enabling precise flow regulation or complete opening/closing; a 90° rotation fully opens the valve while 0° closes it completely.
Available in sizes from 2" to 40" and pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500. Body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. End connections include RF, RTJ, BW, lug, and wafer. Power options cover 12 VDC, 24 VAC, 24 VDC, 120 VAC, 220 VAC, and 380 VAC (50/60 Hz). The VTEM actuator delivers 100–3,000 N.m torque at 18–144 rpm with ambient temperature range −30°C to +70°C (−40°C optional). Standard enclosure protection is IP67, with IP68 and other optional ratings available.

Precise Disc Position Control
Electric actuator rotates the disc to any angle from 0° (closed) to 90° (fully open) for accurate modulating or on/off service.
