OVERVIEW
The Pneumatic Ball Valve combines Athena Group valve technology with Valen Tech pneumatic actuators into a complete equipment solution for industrial on/off and control service. Compressed air drives the spherical valve core, providing a sensitive opening/closing response with high positioning accuracy. Multiple sealing configurations are available to meet strict shut-off requirements, and modular construction facilitates easy maintenance.
Available in sizes from 2" to 40" and pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500. Body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. End connections include RF, RTJ, and BW. Valve seats are available in PTFE, PEEK, DEVLON, and RPTFE. The actuator operates single or double acting on 3–6 bar air supply. Weatherproof, corrosion-resistant, and fire safety protection options are available.
